I’ve never been a big fan of The Tragically Hip and, up until recently, I would’ve been hard pressed to name any of their songs. However, a few weeks ago while camping, my friends
Kirk and Melissa enlightened me with their version of Wheat Kings. I don’t know if it was the ambience of the guitar and the campfire, or if it was just the fact that Gordon Downie wasn’t singing, but I fell in love with that song. Callum and Tyler were lucky enough to sneak into
the Centennial Concert Hall last night to experience the show. Even though they didn’t
perform Wheat Kings, I’m a wee bit jealous I wasn’t there. Click here to see more pics of
last night’s performance.

I’m glad you enjoyed our rendition! =)
Hi - I don’t comment on many blogs but had to on yours. It’s very well-done! I really like how you write - very to the point, unlike a lot of other sites. Thanks for having this site. I don’t have time to read all the articles right now, but I have added it to my Favorites and will visit again soon to read the latest. Please bookmark my site at http://www.TragicallyHip.info when you have a minute. Keep up the outstanding work!
